THE VENUE

FLEXIBLE SPACES, BEAUTIFUL SETTING

Sefton Place brings together dedicated event space, accommodation and nature-rich grounds in one peaceful countryside setting just outside Arundel. At its heart is Reeds, our flexible function and studio space, complemented by outdoor areas, Sussex House and our rooms and suites, allowing you to shape everything from a few purposeful hours to a fully residential multi-day experience.

The emphasis is on gatherings with intention rather than one-size-fits-all venue hire. Spaces can be adapted around your plans, with options for shared meals, workshops, movement, presentations and time outdoors, while on-site accommodation means the experience does not have to end when the day does.

Bring your retreat to life in a setting created for slowing down and reconnecting. Combine Reeds with our outdoor yoga deck, gardens, catering facilities and on-site accommodation to create immersive residential retreats with the flexibility to move between practice, workshops, shared meals and quiet time in nature.

From a focused half-day gathering to exclusive use of Sefton Place, the space can flex around you.

From a few focused hours in Reeds to a fully residential gathering across Sefton Place, our spaces can be hired individually or combined around your plans. These indicative rates give you a starting point, with bespoke pricing available for retreats, events and exclusive-use stays.

HALF-DAY AT REEDS

Up to four hours in our bright, flexible studio and event space, with Wi-Fi, AV facilities, furniture and access to the linked kitchen. Ideal for meetings, workshops, classes and smaller gatherings.

FULL-DAY AT REEDS

Make Reeds yours for the day, with plenty of time to meet, create, teach, dine or gather without watching the clock. Outdoor spaces and the yoga deck can be added to your booking.

Take your gathering beyond four walls with full-day use of Reeds alongside our outdoor yoga and stargazing deck and designated garden spaces. Particularly suited to wellbeing days, workshops and creative events.

Turn a gathering into an escape by combining Reeds with Sussex House and selected rooms and suites. Packages can be tailored from smaller residential groups through to wider exclusive use of Sefton Place.

Integrated AV and high-speed Wi-Fi make presentations, hybrid meetings, music and digital content straightforward, without turning the room into a conventional conference venue.

CATERING, BUILT IN

A fully equipped event kitchen supports everything from refreshments and working lunches to private chefs, demonstrations and more ambitious catered occasions, giving organisers considerably more freedom over food and drink.

FROM MEETING ROOM TO RESIDENTIAL EXPERIENCE

Add bedrooms and suddenly there is no commute home. Sussex House and our rooms and suites allow meetings, retreats and gatherings to evolve into overnight or multi-day experiences where people have more time to connect.
